T McTaggart Limited supplies a cost effective service that can provide 24 hour support and care for adults with learning disabilities. We help enable adults to live independently within the Dengie Peninsular, South Woodham Ferrers, Maldon and the surrounding areas of Chelmsford.
We are a small family orientated company who wish to retain personal contact with staff, adults with learning disabilities and/or autism and their families. We aim to remain a small company to keep the personal, family orientated approach our main focus.
We are rated outstanding from CQC, January 2019, reviewed October 2022.
We have over 25 years experience running our own company and decades of experience working with a wide range of adults with learning disabilities and/or autism. We have lived in this location for nearly 30 years giving us a great oversight of our staff and service users we support and a thorough knowledge of local amenities, community based links and services available.

Independent Living
MEDICATION MONITORING
Wherever possible service users take responsibility for administering their own medication and their independence with this task. T McTaggart Ltd provides the support that service users require, including medication monitoring. This also includes ensuring prescriptions are ordered and collected, support with arranging appointments such as GP, dental and visiting the opticians.
NUTRITIONAL AND DIETARY COUNSELING
Many of our community members at T McTaggart Ltd require some degree of health and well-being monitoring. Our staff provides customizable nutritional and dietary counselling services for all our service users. By catering to the personal needs of each resident, we go one step further to make everyone feel included about their choices in their own home. Service users enjoy shopping, preparing and cooking nutritious meals and taking part in a variety of sport based activities.
