At T McTaggart Limited, we provide compassionate, cost-effective, 24-hour support and care for adults with learning disabilities and neurodiverse needs. Our goal is to empower each person we support to live as independently as possible within their community — across the Dengie Peninsula, South Woodham Ferrers, Maldon, and the surrounding Chelmsford areas.

With over 30 years of experience running our own company, and decades spent working alongside adults with learning disabilities and neurodiverse needs, we bring both expertise and understanding to our work. Having lived in the local area for more than 30 years, we have deep connections within the community and an excellent knowledge of local amenities, services, and opportunities — all of which help us support people to live fulfilling, independent lives.

Independent Living
MEDICATION MONITORING
At T McTaggart Ltd, we believe in empowering every person we support to take an active role in their own wellbeing. Wherever possible, service users are encouraged to take responsibility for managing their own medication — promoting confidence and independence. Our team is always on hand to provide support where needed, including medication monitoring, ordering and collecting prescriptions, and helping arrange essential appointments with GPs, dentists, and opticians.
NUTRITIONAL AND DIETARY COUNSELING
Many members of our community benefit from ongoing health and wellbeing support. Our dedicated staff offer flexible, personalised guidance — including nutritional and dietary support — to help each person make informed choices about their health and lifestyle. We take pride in helping everyone feel involved in decisions about their own care and daily routines.
