What a bewildering and stressful time 2020 has been for most people!! We have worked extra hard this year to make sure that both service users and staff were supported in these exceptional circumstances. Community has also been a great source comfort with benefits such as freshly delivered meals and zoom online activities with peers. Our staff have worked amazingly hard to ensure as much of our service users normal remained. Lots of lovely walks have taken place around their homes and extra crafts, puzzles etc have been tried out in place of normal activities. One lucky service user even managed a spot of swimming in a private lake. Whilst there is still a lot of uncertainty around when their normal can return, we are certainly having fun in the meantime and trying to make the most of enjoying extra time together.
